REG Property Management, Inc. offers many services to best fit your Homeowners Association needs. We currently manage 36 Homeowners Associations. We are a member of CAA (California Apatrment Association), CAI (California Association Institute) & ECHO (Executive Counsel for Homeowners) among others. This in turn keeps us updated with the current issues at hand and everyday changes to the homeowners laws and rights. Our services include:
- Collection of monthly dues and assessments
- Provide monthly statements of financial transactions, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, transaction registers & bank reconciliations
- Establish and maintain operating and reserve accounts
- Payment of association monthly expenses
- Attend all meetings of the membership & board of directors
- Preparation of mailings and meeting notices
- Assess late fees & mail monthly statements sent to delinquent homeowners
- Assist and prepare the annual budget
- Supervise maintenance for all common areas
