All applications must accompany the $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE application processing fee in order to be processed. If there is more than one applicant in your group, ALL applications must be received together and completed before we will begin to process them.
NOTE: APPLICATIONS THAT ARE NOT COMPLETE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Q: Is a social security number required to apply?
A: Yes
Q: Can my application be submitted for other properties?
A: Yes
Applications are only accepted once you have seen the property you are interested in.
Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
Rentals are not on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis
Guarantor forms are only provided once you have been approved & signed a rental agreement.
If approved, a rental agreement must be signed & security deposit paid within 48-hours of acceptance. Security deposit must be paid in the form of cashier’s check or money order.
